Notice of Special Meeting of Members
WHEREAS, on January 21, 2016, pursuant to a petition before the Court of certain residents, Lake Front Royal Subdivision v. Sanitary District, Warren County Circuit Court Case No. CL 15001140, Judge Ronald L. Napier approved the creation of a sanitary district encompassing generally the “Lake Front Royal Subdivision” pursuant to §21-112.22 et. seq. of the Code of Virginia (the “Sanitary District”).
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to §55-510.1 of the Code of Virginia and in compliance with Article V, Section 6(a) of the Bylaws of the Lake Front Royal Property Owners Association, Inc. (the “Association”), the Board of Directors of the Association has set a Special Meeting of the Members to be held in concert with a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors, and the Members of the Association are hereby notified of the Special Meeting of the Members, on April 30, 2016 beginning at 12:00 PM at the Chester Gap Fire Department at 42 Waterfall Rd, Chester Gap, VIRGINIA, 22623, at which the following shall be considered:
The initial proposal of administration of the Sanitary District presented by the County of Warren pursuant to the provisions of §21-112.22, et. seq. of the Code of Virginia, (the “Sanitary District Proposal”); and
Impact of the Association’s administration of the Sanitary District as requested by Warren County in the Sanitary District Proposal, expected expenditures, and overall impact of the Sanitary District.
