Sanitary District Petition

Attached is the Sanitary District Petition submitted to the court. This petition was submitted by the people whose names appear on the petition and not by the BOD. The petitioners chose not to effectively notify the community or the BOD of their actions, effectively eliminating the possibility of any oppostion in court, and in defiance of the majority of owners who have said they are not in favor of becoming a sanitary district.

The BOD will be meeting with the county to review the impact this has on the community.

The community is able to petition to dissolve the sanitary district in the same way the petitioners created the sanitary district. A decision will need to be made fairly soon concerning a petition to dissolve. Please feel free to comment or send an email to the BOD.
