It is that time of the year when we call for nominations of new board members and announce the date and time of our annual meeting.
Please nominate your choice of neighbor whom you feel would benefit our POA by serving on the Board of Directors. You can nominate yourself if you feel you would like to help the community.
There are three positions open this year. In order to be considered on the ballot the nominee must be a property owner, on the deed, and be in good standing with the community. Good standing in accordance with the VA Property Owners Association Act and the LFRPOA bi-laws means the nominee is current in their dues. In our case that means the County as well as the POA.
Nominations will be accepted until November 2nd. To submit a nominee for the ballot please send an email to the secretary, Ken Harvey, or submit the name in writing as follows:

Once confirmation of good standing is made the nominee will be notified and asked to submit a short bio. The ballot will be sent out with the annual news letter and must be received by the secretary no later than November 15th. Votes will be tallied at the annual meeting on November 18th at the Warren County Government Center, 220 North Commerce Ave., Suite 100, Front Royal VA 22630 beginning at 7PM.
